Paired in teams you will get a hands on experience of running your own pit, prepping and cooking all your own BBQ.

From paddock to the pit, we’ll show you how to break down large cuts of meat, how to prepare for either low and slow smoking or hot and fast grilling and make the right fuel choice and set up to achieve BBQ nirvana.

A butcher will be running through the correct techniques in how to break down primal cuts of protein.

A Firetribe BBQ team will run through how to best prepare the cuts and what you need to do to cook mind blowing BBQ.

We’ll also educate on all things fuel so you can make the right choice to get consistent results every time.
