As a busy mum, Bora found cooking at home was always a challenge. The hardest part? Getting the flavour right. She tried countless Korean sauces, but most mass-produced options were full of additives and lacked the depth and authenticity she was craving.

That’s when I turned to her husband, Jake—a professional chef with over 17 years of experience. She asked him to create some sauces that were easy to use, versatile, and full of real Korean flavour. Jake got to work and made a few traditional Korean sauces with his own unique twist—and Bora loved them.
