Made from high performance aramid fiber, a class of heat-resistant and strong synthetic material that is used in the manufacturing of military fire protection equipment.

IMPORTANT: The above results outline testing where Firebrand Fire Armour Heat Resistant BBQ Gloves have been exposed to the corresponding heat vs time rating at a minimum distance of 20cm / 200mm to the heat source. Not via direct contact.
Although the gloves have a high heat rating and can handle most quick tasks where heat protection is required, it is not recommended to sustain direct contact to any heat source for prolonged periods as this can result in serious injury to person or property, not to mention damage to the gloves. The gloves are ‘heat resistant’ NOT ‘heat proof’ so please use common sense at all times when handling hot objects.
