So, what is a brasero? Simple really – It’s a device or enclosure where you stack and light wood which then slowly burns to produce charcoal and falls through the lower rods, which you can then move across to your cooking surface underneath your grill.

Designed to be used with a Parilla or any style of open grill. Also provides a great option for open fireplaces, pizza ovens, offset smoker fireboxes, or any other application where you would like your fuel to be raised, meaning it will burn more efficiently as it has proper air circulation.
