Al Kanater Halawa (or Halva) with Chocolate is a great tasting and high quality delicacy.
It contains real chocolate and hints of vanilla. Combined with it’s unmistakably crumbly texture, you will be spooning it straight out if the jar.
It can be cut into bite sizes pieces or served with a spoon. Its best enjoyed spread on pita bread or toast.
Halva is a traditional confectionery product from the Levant. It is a sweet product mostly consumed as a snack and is an excellent source of energy.

Historically many Middle Eastern dishes were prepared with tahini. The most famous dishes are Hummous (chickpea dip) and Baba ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip) which are the main two appetizers of mezze. To make the tangy sauce known as Tarator simply add lemon juice and garlic to taste then blend adding water until the desired consistency is reached.
Established since 1977, Al Kanater specialized and focused on the production of two sesame based food products Tahini and Halva. The company also produces Turkish delight.
