KOSKA Grape Molasses (Üzüm Pekmezi) 380g

Grape Molasses, or Üzüm Pekmezi in Turkish, has been a staple pantry ingredient in much of the Mediterranean and Middle East since the 11th century. Before the advent of sugar, pekmez and honey were used as sweetening agents.

Koska Grape Molasses, derived only from the concentrated juice of grapes, is rich in flavor and an excellent source of calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium.

Great in marinades or for using as a glaze over meat to provide it with a sweet and tangy flavour.
