ADVANCED COOKING SYSTEM

This is no ordinary charcoal grill. The Rodeo PRO contains a heavy gauge steel charcoal grate that holds the charcoal above the bottom of the bowl of the grill. This creates perfect airflow and allows the ash to fall to the bottom, directly into the heavy gauge removable ash catcher for easy cleanup.  The stainless steel heat diffuser sits in the center of the charcoal grate. Its main purpose is to radiate the heat generated by the charcoal up into the chamber. This makes for easier heat management all around.
