Soak and Smoke Smoker Box
- Perforated design using heavy duty 430grade stainless steel
- Designed to be used with wood chips or pellets
- Tray size: 22cm x 9cm x 4.5cm high
Instructions:
- Preheat BBQ for 15min or ensure you have sufficient charcoal lit and ready
- Place wood chips in the smoker box
- Fill main reservoir with your choice of liquid…i.e., water, juice, etc…
- Place box directly on the cooking grill
- When chips start to smoke and your liquid begins to steam, you are ready to start cooking
