Add Jack Daniels Beef Rub to any Beef product before grilling or smoking. For Brisket, completely cover the meat evenly, refrigerate for 1 hour (longer for larger cuts of meat). Apply another coat before placing into smoker. Cooking times and temperatures will vary based on cut and desired doneness.
