A true vintage Ironbark provides an authentic yet robust smoke profile. It’s that true smokehouse aroma which pairs well with any protein or veg. Our Ironbark produces a strong flame when burning in an open application (Charcoal Grill or Parilla) and a clean, long sustained burn in a semi-open environment (Offset Smoker or Pizza Oven). Once burned down, it will produce a dense coal base which is fantastic to grill over.

QUICK TIP: Pick out a smaller split piece and use it in your kettle when smoking meat or lay it flat on the base of your charcoal grill (next to the charcoal – see below) when grilling to provide a beautiful smokey flavour to your meats

In most cases, you will receive your delivery within 24-48 hours from the time of order. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and delivered in peak times.

Ground floor deliveries only. Our delivery staff will place the items in a safe place (where possible) and usually within 10 meters of the delivery vehicle. Should you require the items to be packed away or dropped to a specific location…i.e. ‘Leave at the side of the house’… please advise at time of ordering in writing in the ‘LEAVE US A MESSAGE’ form on the CART page. Note: An additional handling surcharge may apply pending the request.

Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays ONLY. Let us know at CHECKOUT should you require a Saturday delivery. A weekend surcharge may apply.
